Me:- let’s sleep

Brain:- it’s just 11 a.m.

Me:- if I hit the bed at 11 a.m. then I will be asleep by 12 or 1 a.m. so let’s sleep

Brain:- when you will be asleep at 12 or 1 a.m then why sleep so early. Let’s talk something interesting let’s talk something interesting

Me:- No, let me sleep. You can’t control me. I am your monitor and let me control you.

Symptoms

There are many symptoms of insomnia let’s study a few of them today

Trouble sleeping:- paper usually are unable to sleep due to a lot of reasons. Reasons may be overthinking, any family issues or pressure or anything else.

Depressed mood:- present mod is something like a feeling of sadness, anxiety, hopelessness and broken feeling when ignored by someone, stress also affects sleep by making body awake and alert.
Unable to concentrate on daily chores, difficulty in remembering.
Daytime sleepiness, irritability, depression or anxiety

 

Different Types of Insomnia

Short time Insomnia:- It is also known as acute insomnia. Short time insomnia can be caused due to a stressful life event, loss of a loved one. It lasts for less than 3 months and symptoms may fade on their own as time passes. Short term insomnia can be persistent and become chronic insomnia.

Chronic Insomnia:- Chronic insomnia is a long pattern of difficulty sleeping. People with chronic insomnia have a long history of difficulty sleeping. It can be related to irregular sleep schedules, a bed partner, a neurological problem and certain other sleep disorders.

 

Causes

Any kind of stress may result to heart attack, strokes, mental illness and mental illness may result in chronic insomnia. Life events such as anxiety fear emotional or mental health, work problems,  inancial stress etc.

Usage of psychoactive drugs such as nicotine, caffeine, excessive intake of alcohol may lead to insomnia also.

Gastrointestinal pains such as constipation or heartburn can be a cause of insomnia.

Hormone shifts that precede mensuration and those during menopause can affect your sleep and may cause insomnia.

Medical conditions such as hyperthyroidism, chronic pain, lower back pain etc.

 

Treatment

Cognitive-behavioural therapy can be used as a treatment to cure insomnia without medications. It improves sleep habits and behaviours by identifying and changing thoughts and behaviours to sleep well.
Avoiding the usage of nicotine, caffeine, and alcohol can help people to come out through insomnia.
Sleep hygiene can also be a treatment to insomnia by establishing a regular sleep schedule using naps with care, not exercising too close to bedtime, limiting wrong.

Tips to prevent insomnia:-

I would like to share my personal experience or tips with you to prevent insomnia

  • Think positive
  • Sleep with no worries or thoughts
  • Wake up early, practise yoga and exercise every day
  • Have healthy food
  • Calm yourself in difficult situations and let you control your brain

Complete article is well explained , insomnia is really becoming major problem nowadays specially among youth.
Prevention and curative ideas are needed for this problem, we must look for that.

This was very informative. I have been dealing with sleep problem since a lot of years now, though I don’t have a clinical condition. Let me share some tips.
1. I use sleep music, my favourite is Indian Classical instrumental music, sleeping Ragas to be specific.
2. Being with a partner who understands these things helps too.
3. I started drinking warm milk before going to bed. It is a mild sedative and let’s you sleep without waking up in the middle of the night.
