What is grief?
Grief: Grief is fundamentally someone who is part of our lives.
Grief or sorrow might come in various ways like loss of loved ones and close one of any past trauma, break- up, lose their jobs or any other event. It leaves you incomplete.
It is the pain most people can not express to all. It’s a silent suffering. People have war inside of them. Long-term grief can be the reason for mental illness.
Mental Illness can anxiety, depression, overthinking, bipolar disorder and many more can make mental health worst.
Outer pain or wound we can treat with medications or rest.
We also can measure it or analyze it with equipment and treat them well. But there is no equipment to measure the emotional pain and grief of a person.
Ultimately it’s a silent war person fighting alone. The pain or grief nobody can feel it for you only you have to deal with it.
How to Cope Up With Grief:
First of all, accept the feeling of grief and loss.
We have complete life a whole life will be given to us we lack nothing. When something went whether our job or money or our loved ones it empties us for a bit longer time but after that some period we used to get normal.
Have quality time with family and friends have a gentle and tender talk.
Join your hobbies, meditate, give yourself self-time.
