Finally someone decided to write on this topic. I made a research project on this topic and the results were quite disturbing. Covid-19 has had a negative impact on our mental well being, mainly due to the major changes in our daily routines during the lockdown. People are going through a myriad of problems in adjusting to the current situation. Since everything has to be done from home, people spend more time in front of screens. They have started feeling lazy. Their sleep/wake cycles and eating habits have changed in a negative way. They haven’t been giving much importance to physical exercise. These changes can lead to major health issues. There’s a variation between the time devoted by them to their work and studies before and since the lockdown. All these major and sudden changes have had a negative impact on mental health.
Great article!
