Anxiety: Anxiety is an unease Feeling of excessive worry or fears it can be both mild or severe. Anxiety can arise from excessive stress, worry and from overthinking. The person continuously worry about so many things for so many days and it impacts on his life, its impact his physical and emotional well being. The person really can not focus on the things or with whom they are.
How I feel when I’m high on Anxiety:
•I feel depressed and anxious.
•I feel like to sit at home overthink and over analyse the things.
•It feels like to isolate ourselves from everything.
• I feel the sweat when I get anxious
• It affects our sleeping habits
• Enable to enjoy things prefer isolation.
•Overthinking unable to enjoy things.
•Loss of appetite
There are many reasons out there…
When I’m high on anxiety feels so nervous and uncomfortable. I used to overthink on even pity issues overthinking leads to worry and stress all this create an anxiety disorder.
Here are some tips to Reduce Anxiety:
1. Take a deep breath of at least 4 to 5 minutes a day. Be thankful for breathing. Be thankful that you are alive.
2. Practice gratitude, think positive be happy.
3. Reduce your sugar intake. Glucose level affects your mental health.
4. Don’t be alone. Do some activity, play games, have a conversation with friends and family.
5. Stop over analysing What if this happens stop overthinking channelise your thoughts and feelings.
