Depression. It is a small word but the disorder itself carries a lot of ponderousness. People who don’t suffer from depression can’t know at all the hardships people with depression have to face with their inner demons.
It’s tough to even have a good night’s sleep, even harder to fake a smile.
I don’t think we need to go through the definition of this word like we always do with all the other phrases.
But what exactly is depression? Are there certain things we need to keep in mind when talking to someone with depression? What are some of the facts we should know about depression?

That will be second only to HIV/AIDS.
