                                    WHAT are ANXIETY AND STRESS?

                                          Anxiety is generally defined as the body natural response to “stress” and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. whereas stress is a physical tension or emotionally frustrated, angry, etc. The big difference between stress and depression is that in this category, the stress in a response to a thread in a situation Anxiety is a reaction to the stress.

The reaction towards the problem that carries a lot of physical tensions to handle the particular problem is meant as a mental health problem.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN STRESS AND ANXIETY

Generally, people have a lot of problems in their life, In this generation STRESS is the fanciest word, so they can handle it in a simple way ……of course we should not do it. Seeking help for mental health is not an ashamed one.

The other informative part of the relationship between stress and anxiety is “Depression” is one of the most important reasons for this, and it makes a chronic pain too, it affects the interpersonal relationship and social interaction in day to day life.

“IF YOU DON’T HEAL WHAT HURT YOU, YOU’LL BLEED ON PEOPLE WHO DIDN’T CUT YOU”    

  •                                                                        Think about them for a while, nothing happens Think about them a lit bit longer, and they begin to hurt. Think about them all day long. You’ll feel paralyzed and incapable of doing anything.                                                                  Apart from everything we need self-copying to deal with stress and anxiety. Moreover, they have a lot of ways to carry out. As an individual we can distract our thoughts towards like; bike riding, watching movies with friends, and proper yoga and reduction of making ourselves an introvert by this single happens. Managing ourselves from the negative impact to positive is one of the biggest forms of self-love.

    

 CONCLUSION:

 

Moreover, in life we have a lot of struggles and pain in the part of the journey, we as an individual have to carry out and make ourselves stronger towards the negative impacts of our life into in it.
