SOCIAL ANXIETY DISORDER

Social Anxiety Disorder is one of the most common disorder yet people hesitate to accept the fact that they might be experiencing a mental trauma. An individual’s growth is dependent upon different aspect and mental health plays an extremely important role in our life. An individuals cannot progress untill they’re fit both physically & psychologically. Therefor, to all the people out there that if this happens to any of you- accept it! Just remind yourselves that it is okay to ask for help, it is okay to face something like this and we all are born with certain flaws and it’s not a crime! We all are humans and it can be controlled and conquered. We should seek professional guidance or maybe talk to our parents or teachers who can guide us. It is about believing in yourselves! So, believe that you are a fighter and you will conquer it, it may take some time but you are going to win. So-

Anxiety is common and it can happen with us too!

But if you observe closely you have to be just you!

It may take days maybe even months,

But one day it can easily be conquered.

Not by anyone else but only by you

For there is no one else who can be as sparkling as you

The language is really simple which makes it easy to relate but it would have been better if you added more information and little bit about the consequences and symptoms and also the time period for it’s prevalence.
