Mental health and mental wellbeing  has still not received much importance, as it should get. It is still one of the neglected subject matter. And people are really ignorant about it. And moreover, there is stigma attached to the people suffering from mental illness. People hesitate to seek help.

One of the main reason, people hesitate to seek help is they do not have correct information regarding this subject matter. There are so many myths regarding mental health which are still prevalent.

It’s high time now, we need to bust these myths related to mental health  and understand and be aware of the facts related to mental health.
