Failure can be any thing. In childhood when we just start walking, we fall several times, we fail but we don’t give up. The day you start creating opportunities for your self is the day you are started being successful.

A person can’t live a life without a failure. A person who tries, fails and as he fails, he learns and in the process he discovers new things and sooner or later he will be successful in his life.

As they say “Failures are steeping stones to succeed”. The person who stops in the middle of the process doesn’t obtain success. Success is not about being famous or being rich enough.

You must have the hunger to learn and achieve something then definitely you can achieve it. It’s just about how passionate you are towards your work. If you fail, you shouldn’t give up. . First time it’s a mistake but if you repeat it again it’s no more a mistake.Start accepting your failures and learn from your mistakes and try not commiting it again.

Failure can teach a person many things :-

Knowledge :- Failure can be knowledgeable also. Let’s take a example of great scientist “Thomas Alva Edison”. He failed to invent the electric bulb 10,000 times still he didn’t give up and each time he failed, he learned something which was knowledgeable.

Growth :- Failure helps us to grow. As we fail in the school of life, we get to know the deeper meanings of life. Failure helps us to reflect our own selves into developing meaning from painful events.

Experience :- The experience of failing at something is truly invaluable. It gives you a starting point. Never fear to fail. Failure gives you experience and experience is a very important perspective of life.

Teacher :- Failure shows us not only our weakness but also our strengths. People must be courageous to accept failure. Failure gives preseverance. Finding the motivation to believe in yourself. Michael Jordan once said “I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can’t accept not trying.

Let’s talk about few Personalities who failed at one time but they didn’t give up and are successful now :-

Abraham Lincoln :-
He lost his job, failed in business, lost his sweetheart, had a nervous breakdown, rejected for land officer position, Defeated in run for nomination for Vice president and had many more failures but finally in 1860 he was successfully elected as a “President”.

Colones Harland Sanders :-
He is the founder of “KFC”. He started travelling to different restaurants at the age of 65 when he was just about to retire and cooked his fried chicken on the spot for restaurant owners. He was rejected for 1009 times before his chicken was accepted once.

Walt Disney :-
With the loss of his first business, he packed his bag and left for Los Angeles with just $40 in his pocket for acting career but he failed in that too. He signed up with his friend Roy for a Animation Studio set up and after hardships he found success with the creation of Ostwald the Lucky Rabbit.

Secret of Success :-

A young man asked Socrates that what is the “Secret of Success”?
He said the young man to meet him the next day on the river.
Socrates took the young man into the river and walked till it reached both their necks. Socrates took the young man and ducked into the water . The young man struggled to come up but Socrates didn’t let him come up until he turned blue.
The young man struggled hard and finally got up and first thing he did is took a deep breath. Now Socrates asked What did you want when you were under the water? The man replied “The air”
Then Socrates said When you want success as badly as you want air, you will get it. There is no other secret to success.

He also said :-
A burning desire is the starting point of all accomplishments. Just like a small fire cannot give much heat, a weak desire cannot produce great results.
