In this foreboding environment of the pandemic, the most crucial thing we are loosing is the mental state of our mind.
Mental disorders are more severe and alarming then COVID 19. And recovering from mental disorders is nearly impossible.
But a positive mind can help you to overcome every dangerous situation. As we all know that mind is a high – powered thing.
There is no single thing in this world that can worry you more than your own mind.
So, it depends upon you that you want to be captured inside yourself with nothing but your insecurities or wants to keep your mind under your reins.
Here are a few suggestions to stay positive and productive during COVID – 19 pandemic :
- Enhance Your Creativity
I prefer doing the best things in a better way. To enhance my creativity, I read novels, draw sketches, I play chess and I work on developing my writing skills. More importantly, I have started practicing a musical instrument as Music can nuture our creative side. So, follow up the activities which makes you more productive and creative.
- Don’t obsess over staying positive
In this day and age, everyone wants to be happy and positive. Positivity alone won’t save us from the problems we are facing these days. It’s completely an unrealistic goal to stay positive all the time. If you’re focused on the results like “I need to stay positive”, you may feel worse about yourself if you don’t succeed – even though it’s perfectly unsurprising to have a more difficult time feeling happy in traumatic times.
- Meditation
In order to manifest optimistic experience into your life, you must amend your beliefs, which must be done from the core: the deep surface of your mind. Once meditation moves all the layers of stress, anxiety, and fear blocking up your thinking procedure, and positive mental health permits you easy manifestation of anything you want, whether it be love, good health, more friends, or success.
- Stay in Touch with your friends
I know, keeping in touch is tough. But staying in touch with friends should not be a chore; rather, it should be exciting and desired. So, make the call or video calls are even better. It simply gives a greater feeling of togetherness.
- Smile More
It’s might look like a simple task, but no it’s not. According to some studies, the more you smile, the more you feel happier. Signals sent to your brain from facial muscles, it will impact the development of your emotions. So smile more and more.
- Go with the slow movement
Whenever I do anything in hurry, things don’t go too well and situation gets stressful. But if I wait and slow down the work for a moment, then my mind calms down. It make things easier to think through a clear perspective
- Add positivity to someone else’s life.
Karma returns, so what you send out there matters a whole lot and it also changes your life. You will always get back what you give others and how you treat them. Make sure you help others to help yourself.
- Reduce your worries
Taking any kind of tensions can be a reason to completely disturb your way of thinking. Many things you fear that never happens in your life. Worrying can grow stronger each day and leaves you feeling stressed for most of the time of your life.
Conclusion
Sometimes, we have no control over a specific situation. So, for the times of crisis, you have to train your brain to stay positive. Every individual is different. So, it’s in your hands that how you control your mind.
