How one can get rid of stress

In today’s world, Everybody is fighting one or the other battle in their lives. The most common that is being found in today’s youth is stress. Almost everybody feels stressed even on small things. Pressure of work from school/college, from office and many things puts up on the path of stress. Today’s world is full of materialistic things and due to this, we develops stress even if it is an easy battle to fight. We do think of society, we do care what people say about us and all these things makes us to feel worse.

Stress are of two types positive and negative. Positive stress is related to that thing when we have to complete something like work or project and if there is deadline of it then we do it by putting a lot of hard work in it but negative stress is totally opposite of it because in that case, an individual feels pressurised, develops tension which indirectly takes an individual on the path of depression. Stress that lasts for long time often results into depression. Negative stress ultimately puts down an individual by taking a toll on his/her physical and emotional state.

So how we can get rid of stress? As long as positive stress is concerned, there is no need to worry about it. But in case of negative stress, we cannot overlook it, certain actions should be taken and by saying certain actions, I mean by doing some positive activities, we can get free from stress and these activities by doing on daily basis can also lighten our mood and will make us to focus on our happily.

Exercise –

This indeed leave an impact on our mind. Exercise keep us fit as well as keep our mental state healthy. Doing exercises what they little bit know would definitely divert their mind from stress.

Meditation –

Just like exercise, meditation helps us to keep our mind calm. By outburst of thoughts, frustrations, aggression that is what negative stress brings to us, meditating a bit can keep all those things away and will definitely change out outlook towards our life

Listening to music –

Listening to music helps an individual to get lost from this present world into their own world. Listening to some of the favourite songs can change our mood and would make us feel light about the situation which has been developed by stress.

Dance –

It does not matter whether we are Pro in dance or not whether we have dancing skills or we lack in it but during stress, one should dance as like no is watching just a normal dance and that would keep the stress away.

Reading books –

This is a common method most of the individuals do but it has turned out to be a medication for stress. Reading books can helps to get rid of stress and makes us to think about the book instead.

Cooking –

Cooking can release you stress. We get involved in the recipes of some of the dishes. Most common item have been found out about cooking individual do to divert them is by baking a cake.

Plantation –

This really helps an individual to release stress. Planting trees helps to understands mother nature  and quickly lightens our mood.

Cleaning –

One can basically starts cleaning their house. Cleaning house is considered as one of the best way to get rid of stress. While cleaning, one should definitely lookout for colourful items while redesigning their house as colours changes our mood and brings vibrant energy.

Knitting –

Knitting helps an individual to get busy in their life as our whole focus is one that thing and ultimately we get rids of stress. An individual should try to knit some clothes or blankets or some wall hanging with different of creativity. Knitting something also helps to expand our memory.

Crossword puzzle –

One must try to solve a math equation or if not good at it then he/she should definitely try solving crossword puzzle which can easily be found on any newspapers. Crossword puzzle helps to think about it and tries to expand our imagination, it also helps to gain knowledge and to get rid of stress.

There are so many ways one can get rid of stress like reorganising bookshelf, massage, stretching, etc. The one thing we have to understand that we should do these activities on regular basis as these activities helps us in a good mental state and keeps our engaged in our life rather than being lonely.
