Heyy this is Ritu here, I am going to share my life experience with you all.

• i am psychology student studying in 3rd year and i want to become a clinical psychologist in future.

• i am fit and fine 5'2 and i don't like to do exercise much. I m little procrastinated person.

• i love to dance and love to play basketball. I love some craft works, drawings, sketching, i love gardening and sow plants. i love nature and environment more than anything.

• i choose Psychology because i love to help others and i want to help our environment with my perspectives.

• i have some experience related to OCD (Obsessive compulsion disorder). My cousins brother was going through some traumatic situation and after few months he was so much allergic to dust and the symptoms of OCD was getting worse. He was continuously washing his hand and he felt like everywhere the dirt are surrounding himself.

• i want to aware the world about our mental health and want to make them understand that our mental health is as important as physical health.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience!

I totally agree - we need to stop stigmatizing mental health disorders and start talking openly about it.

Wishing you the best up ahead. Cheers!
