20 Signs You are suffering from lack of confidence:
1. Lack of self-love: you get the feeling of unloved and filled with flaws. One needs to be content in himself/ herself.
2. Change of mind: The person tend to his/ her mind over and over again, he/ she can not decide anything.
3. Poor Decision Making: They can not decide the particular thing like which way to go or not, which thing to say or not.
4. Overthinking: The person who thinks over and over again on simple things, the one who over analyse the things.
5. Self-pity: Feeling ungrateful, seeking attention, empathy and help from others. Feeling bad and miserable about their problems.
6. Lack of consistency: lack of consistency means you are more confused and frustrated it comes when you are unsure of the things.
7. Taking Compliments leniently: When someone gives you a genuine compliment you say, yeah, I know i did but it’s not that great, I don’t feel like I performed well etc.
8. Comparison: You feel a little low when you look at others. Comparison is the only way to feel unhappy about yourself.
9. Seeking Approval for Appreciation: Always waiting for others to get approved. It’s all because of lower confidence in oneself.
10. Taking Mistakes and Failures Personally: They used to take failures personally and it can cause a huge loss to them, either mentally or emotionally.
11. Impress Others: Always trying to catch the attention. They don’t feel confident with their work or anything.
12. Mentally Disturbed: Their mind is a mess, they can’t pass up the judgment or can not take any action. they have blurry vision of almost everything.
13. Stuck on the word Can’t: People with low confidence they have a problem for every solution. They used the word Can’t as the affirmation “I can’t”.
14. Fear of judging: They need to explain everything in detail to others to not get judged by the others.
15. Immediate Excuse of Mistakes: Always ready to explain their point first. Example: The glass of water fell on the table because of your mistake people will give immediate reasons for their mistake Oh the glass was at the end of the table.
16. Pretending: They tend to pretend that yeah I am also busy, I am also going for work..they pretend because they are not confident in what they are doing.
17. You Don’t Go Out Alone: You need someone to come out with you whether for shopping or hanging out or whatever. You feel confident with others.
18. You isolate yourself: You avoid meetings and social gatherings because you don’t feel confident enough.
19. Fear of Rejection: they take rejection personally and it’s not good for their mental health.
20. Saying Sorry frequently: Feeling sorry and guilty for everyday actions.feeling guilty for the things they haven’t had control over.
