  1. That was fun! Well scripted questions though you can add on more that can create a sense of contradiction to unhealthy diets.You can mention the do’s and don’ts while maintaining a proper diet. It will help! Also I would like to add, your mental health can affect your health a lot, I know that from my personal experience!

  2. The quiz although seemed impersonal, was very informative. It conveyed a lot of new facts, which would be very supporting, especially for someone like me who wants to manage their weight.
