Gratitude is an emotion we feel in response to receiving something good which is undeserved. Regardless of what you believe, be grateful. Appreciate the little things you have. In a time like this, take care of your mind and body. The pandemic made me realise how blessed I am because I have a roof over my head and food to survive and I’m very grateful for that. Reach out for help if you need to. Your mental health is as important as your physical health. When you’re feeling helpless, anxious or depressed, call a friend, cousin or someone who you connect with because your social relationships have the power to uplift your mood, let out whatever you’re feeling, and clear your head. We’ll get through this together and stronger.
THREE GOOD THINGS:
Write down 3 good things that happened to you, every night before going to bed. It has been scientifically proven that writing down things that you’re grateful for improves happiness and overall wellbeing. We focus on the good things rather than the bad ones. Before happiness comes gratitude. One cannot be truly happy without being grateful.
Keep working toward your goals.
Beautiful! You put your thoughts into it and it’s sounds realistic.
