Depression in night times

Have you ever noticed why we suddenly become depressed at night times? let me tell you why

What happens when you feel so depressed? of course we think of leaving somewhere and we cry that’s what most people will do. But in many cases we can’t Express our emotions and we can’t escape. The one thing we can do is being patient. There is a category of people who don’t want to cry in front of everyone. Some call them as a “Strong people”. But it’s not the point that they don’t have emotions. They too have emotions. So what they do is they go home, eat, won’t talk much and finally in their bed they end up their day as a most saddest person in the world. That’s the time they let out their emotions they let out their cry. They recall all the bad things which happened with them. Sometimes people use some sad songs as their stimulation.

         Why do they do this?

There are many causes behind it but I am talking about only depression So most people ruminate everything every past issues etc. So the result is they cant do anything only but cry. Being awake during night also affect our sleep cycle, The post trauma they have experienced that also make them to act like, “yeah I’m okay in the day time but not in night time”. There may be other reasons also like they don’t want their family members to know about this or  may be don’t have anyone like trustworthy, caretaker, a best friend. There is a lot of reasons behind this. But one can control this. Even crying at night is not a big sin or mistake it is good but it is not good for our health. Everything has a limit. So when one should know their limit they can  control they can take care of themselves. It also depends on the individuals. Strong people have strong emotions, sensitive people have sensitive emotions.

       What can we do to control depression?

Yeah, Before going bed we can listen to some soothing songs, motivational songs, motivational speeches and also watching some comedy shows, movies whatever that relax us to get a nice sleep. Having a healthy diet, jogging, walking, exercising regularly, performing yoga, spending time with families, having a fun chat and outings with friends these itself can only make a person to feel positive and relax. Not only the depression people everyone can  follow during this hectic world. We can get happiness in everything like even in small things.

Why we get depression? When things won’t work like we expected to work. Why we have to feel depressed when things won’t work in our way let me tell you an example for this: while cooking what we do we add some salt, spices for taste but when it is over salty or over spicy we will adjust it by adding some water and we will try to make it as a better dish like wise when you can’t change your worse situation or situation that you don’t like in your life, change your perspective to get the better result. Life is not about having everything, it’s about having something that makes us happy forever.

Being in depression is not wrong that is the time we realize what we are what is happening around us. Having a clear understanding about us is good right? But my point is There should be an understanding not only in sufferings but also in pleasurable time.

So Be positive, cherish the moment you have, Believe yourself. Night time is not for the depression or sad songs. In night time we can do more than that. We can imagine things that we like most, we can remember our beautiful moments, we can recreate our moments by our imagination. So Don’t Put yourself down depression. Tears are good but there is also a tears called “Happy tears”. Happy tears feels so good better than sad tears.

great article. it could have been a little clearer and formal. more information on why exactly nighttime makes us feel depressed wasn’t very clear.

This one is really cool, and I like the way you add examples, it’s really nice. The continuity or the flow is maintained but one thing , like it’s not always that a person need some external stimulus or some kind of obstacles to be depressed . There arevmany, who get depressed or feel low, when all things are going well, like you can mention some internal factors too.
