So, I'm just putting up my personal opinions on the article and its definitely up for debate. I just felt that the article sort of blurs the line between meditation and mindfulness, which sort of perpetuates an already widespread misconception that exists in the field. I do believe that the article could be edited to give a better picture of how meditation is a technique that often makes use of mindfulness, or vice versa, but that the two are not synonymous and must not be confused as so. Making the distinction clearer would have been a good way to start the article.
That's just my two cents on the article, I'm glad we got a chance to sort of discuss these here today!
