Initially  after completing my 12 th i was little bit confused on what to choose what my career should be . So i thought of studying about the human minds and their behaviour and i really wanted to analyse about myself. So i chose psychology as a career part . After entering into the psychology. I came to know people  are suffering from mental illness in their every day life  and i understood that mental health is more important than anything . Now i have completed my bachelor's degree and now doing my master's in applied psychology. So in the journey of  three years  i have learned a lot about the mental health and the mental illness..

I'm  happy that i have chosen the best career in my life . So I'm  glad that i can spread awareness about mental health and its importance and help people fearlessly.

Hello! It's really nice to know that you've found a career that you're interested in. Mental health is indeed very important and its absolutely necessary that the stigmas attached to it should be removed! So glad you chose to become a speaker for mental health and its importance. All the best for your future!

Learning is a never ending process. I read a quote somewhere. It said, "the knowledge we have gained will always be less than the knowledge out there in the world." Also there is no age of learning. So, I would say you go out there and achieve whatever you want with high spirits.
