Well -being. We all know about it what good for our well-being. But being well always is not a easy task. I would say its toughest. Being fit, being energetic, sleeping &waking on time.. Eating good. Sometimes these small things become so hard to get into our routine system. I'm using "our" Word because I have many people around me who suffer from making good routine shifts. How do you guys motivate yourself to keep up with routines or how do you incorporate new & better routines in life?
- I personally had hard time doing it.. I like new things but making even a small routine change is so tough.. But I will not give up & try this new year to adhere to my new routines that will serve me , so that I can serve others too🙏😊
