Hello to my fellow volunteers and psychology enthusiasts. I am Rishita, an aspiring psychologist, a recent post graduate (in psychology), a clumsy clown, big time bookworm, binge-watcher of various content, from Hyderabad. I entered the field of psychology because of my own personal experiences with depression and not being able to receive the help I needed when I really needed it which made me realize how taboo and stigmatized the mental health issues were in our society. I hope to someday setup my own clinic where I help people from all walks of life lead emotionally healthy lives.
