Hi there , i am mridula kapoor a class 11th student , who has opted pcm . I am very passionate towards sports . But i am able to manage my studies too. While i have my exams playing volleyball destress me from exam pressure.  I have also won some inter school matches with support of my team . Dye to this pandemic students need to do physical activities playing sports they like or exercise or just walk on their terrace or balcony  . As i love playing volleyball i used some hacks so that i can practice volleyball and really it helped me cope up with online schooling stress .

Glad that you are being able to destress. Continue that spirit. Even tho I've never seen you play I feel like you play really good. Remember it too may need. Things will get back to normal and you'll be able to play with your friends outside.

Stress has become a huge issue these days. You don’t have to feel burdened, enjoy what you do and it wouldn’t feel like a task. Glad you found a way to cope with the stress.

You seem quite familiar with how our mind and body are connected. Indeed, in this pandemic, it's not just our body but also our mind that needs rest.
