2. Define what is relationship?

We were born alone except the twins. Throughout of our life span, we do not live alone totally. At least, we might have a person to relate or communicate. Actually, we have and we do connect, talk , communicate, or work together with many, many people for different purposes every day.

We have our siblings, family members,  neighbors, friends , classmates, mentors, partners,  colleagues and so on. Our daily activities are mostly performed with at least one or sometimes with more than one of them.

So every time, we communicate, we talk, we walk or everything we do with accompanies can be defined that we are connected with those accompanies. Such type of connection or association can be called as the “relationship.”

Thus, when you think about the “relationshipremember that  is concerned with two or more people and can be found in every activity and every field.

4. Is Relationship important and how much important is it to the human beings?

Before discussing about this question, let’s try to know about the endocrine system first.

You would not be surprised if I say our inner body system has connections too and thus, they are working in a state of relationship.

Our responses to stress, or our manners and behaviors and our body growth, the metabolism and so on are controlled by hormones which are produced by kidney, heart, the glands and other organs, These hormones production amounts and system are controlled by the pituitary gland whereas the pituitary is monitored by the endocrine system. The overall system is really vital when we try to know or develop our mental health. Because as you see, the inner body system has might to help and control the external stimuli.

5.Components of Relationship

So how to have a relationship? Yes, exactly what I’m gonna say is the ways to the healthy relationship that is filled with happiness which would effect our body and mental health as well as the beauty of the society.

1. Self-confidence : From my point of view, I want to set this fact as the first priority. Once you believe in yourself that you can do or you are good enough to be in the community or society, it would not be such a difficult thing to create a good relationship with anyone at any time.

If you lose confidence, or do not trust yourself, you are the one who avoids the community, and then depression follows leaving the happy relationship .

2. Honesty : If this is not your personal information or your financial data, I want to suggest you be honest ever when you deal with another person. Some might judge and look up to those with wealth but basically, people love to stay with and deal with those who are honest.

3. Trust : You should have not only honest but also the ability to trust your partner is really important too. If you always suspect your friend or partner, surely that person would feel unsafe, unhappy with you and you would have no chance to be in a happy or healthy relationship.

4. Respect : Respect to yourself as well as to your partner. This would bring your rights as well as let you know your partner’s value and lead to a good relationship.

5. Understanding : This does not mean you to understand your partner when he or she is unfair to you or else. But you need to understand your own feelings as well as your partners’. This would bring both of you to get the solutions of the problems mostly.  Study your partner’s character and later you will understand his or her feelings and thoughts.

6. Love : You might have your favorite animal, I guess. Then it would not be difficult for you to love your family, your friends and every relationship  you have.

7.Communicate openly : This is similar with having honest. Think positively. Talk nicely and softly.  Do not use harsh words or shout. If you or your partner is tolerating or openly and freely thinking when you are in disagreements,  trust me, the conflicts will be solved clearly and peacefully.

8. Be smart : Being smart can support both you and your every relationship.

6. Conclusion

Having in a healthy relationship upgrade your body as well as your mental health.

In addition, you would be proud of yourself having such relationship with your accompanies or acquaintances.

Either the relationship is among the family or your partner or else, try the above components of the relationship that directs you to own a healthy and happy one.

You will definitely see the benefits of it.
