Self compassion is accepting and loving ourselves. It is better known as self realization and self accepting. The self compassion compromise of self kindness, common humanity and mindfulness.

 

BENEFITS OF SELF COMPASSION:

  1. Self compassion leads to a high level of self motivation. It improves and enhances our self image. It reduces our anxiety.
  2. People with self compassion are more energetic and they are the once with greater resilience. They don’t get obsessed with their past. They accept their past mistakes and try to fix them. And one most important thing is that they don’t engage in self harm activities.
  3. They have more personal responsibility. They have high positive emotions. They show both kindness to themselves and other. They have a less selfish behaviour towards others.
  4. How to increase self compassion?
  5. There are certain ways to increase self compassion. We follow those things to increase self compassion.
  6. Meditation-It is actually a boon for many of our problems. We can practice meditation to increase self compassion.
  7. We should always motivate ourselves. Self motivation is very important in our life.
  8. We must learn to forgive ourselves for our mistakes. We should always avoid judgements and assumptions towards us. And we must believe we can do anything. We should learn to practice a correct amount of generosity.
  9. By practicing self compassion, we can have peaceful and great mental health
